What We Do
We are an infrastructure developer and mining investor operating in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, a South Pacific island group which is currently part of Papua New Guinea.
Bougainville Island, the largest island in the archipelago, holds substantial mineral resources, as evidenced by the Panguna Mine, the largest and most profitable copper and gold mine in the world when it operated from 1972-1989 before being prematurely closed due to the “Crisis,” a period of civil unrest.
Bougainville is currently on a path to become an independent country after an independence referendum in which 97.7% of its people voted for it.
Our management has lived and worked in Bougainville since 2016, and has worked in partnership with the Bougainville people to achieve economic independence development through mining and infrastructure development.
Everything We Do Is With The People Of Bougainville in Mind
We support the people of Bougainville and admire their determination to become independent and the newest nation on earth.
We are proud to provide support whenever we can and each of our projects is planned not only to be a financial and business success, but to be a win for the People of Bougainville. These things are not, and should never be, mutually exclusive.
With these things in mind, we regularly provide support to Bougainvilleans in the form of medical supplies, financial aid and employment.
